    The Wayne Brady Show

    The Wayne Brady Show is a variety show hosted by comedian Wayne Brady that aired in two separate forms.

    On August 8, 2001 ABC, for whom Brady had been working as a panelist on Whose Line Is It Anyway?, launched the first Wayne Brady Show as a primetime variety series that failed to catch on and was cancelled in March 2002.

    Later that fall, plans to bring the show back as a daily syndicated daytime series came to fruition and The Wayne Brady Show premiered on local stations nationwide on September 3, 2002. Although the show was a hit at the start, the ratings began sliding during the first season and continued into its second, and on May 21, 2004 The Wayne Brady Show aired its final episode.

    Trust Us with Your Life

    Trust Us with Your Life is an American improvisational comedy television series, based on the BBC Two program Fast and Loose. It premiered on ABC on July 10, 2012. It is hosted by Fred Willard and stars comedians Wayne Brady, Colin Mochrie, and Jonathan Mangum, with rotating performers that include Greg Proops, Craig Cackowski, Brad Sherwood, Nicole Parker, and Josie Lawrence. Each week they act out scenes in the lives of guest celebrities. Serena Williams, Ricky Gervais, Jerry Springer, Florence Henderson, Mark Cuban, Jack and Kelly Osbourne, David Hasselhoff and Jane Seymour have so far appeared. At least eight episodes have been filmed thus far in London, England.

    The show is currently on hiatus due to ratings competition with larger events, such as the 2012 Olympic Games. Previously, reports claimed that the show was not cancelled. However, 12 months on, no further episodes had been aired.

    Getting Along Famously

    Getting Along Famously is a Canadian sitcom which aired on CBC Television in 2006.

    Set in the early 1960s, Getting Along Famously starred real-life couple Colin Mochrie and Debra McGrath as the hosts of a television variety show. Supporting cast members included Robin Duke, Bob Martin, Paul O’Sullivan, Ed Sahely and Patrick McKenna.

    The pilot episode, Saving Ruby’s Ass, aired January 10, 2005. It was one of three sitcom pilots aired by the CBC, along with Walter Ego and Hatching, Matching and Dispatching, as a viewer response poll. Pilots that polled favourably were developed into full series. The CBC previously employed this strategy with the shows Rideau Hall and An American in Canada.

    The series was cancelled in June 2006 and released on DVD in October 2006.
