Among the juvenile favorites making cameo appearances in Johnny Doughboy are Bobby Breen, Baby Sandy, Butch & Buddy, Cora Sue Collins, Robert Coogan (Jackie’s brother) and ex-“Little Rascals” George “Spanky” McFarland and Carl “Alfalfa” Switzer.
