Riccardo comes home early from work one evening and discovers his wife, Elisa, with a lover – who manages to escape through the window. He decides to take revenge and poisons Elisa during intercourse then puts the body in a bag and dumps it over a cliff. Riccardo is close to be discovered by a mysterious male passerby wearing sunglasses and a hat. When Riccardo starts a relationship with a prostitute, his past literally comes back to haunt him.
