This project was the brainchild of Mira Nair and is produced by her company, Mirabai Films. The four AIDS Jaago films come from different parts of India – each with in its own genre and each with a different point about HIV/AIDS.

    Each film uses top Indian movie stars to maximize the exposure of the films to audiences thoughout India and around the world.
