The Song of Bernadette (1943)

She never claims it to be anything other than this, but the townspeople all assume it to be the virgin Mary. The pompous government officials think she is nuts, and do their best to suppress the girl and her followers, and the church wants nothing to do with the whole matter. But as Bernadette attracts wider and wider attention, the phenomenon overtakes everyone in the the town, and transforms their lives.

Donald Duck Presents
$48.00Donald Duck Presents was a television series on the Disney Channel beginning in 1983, which featured classic Disney shorts. Although Donald Duck shorts were the primary programming, additional cartoons featuring Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Chip ‘n Dale, Pluto, as well as Silly Symphonies, Disney featurettes, and others Disney-based shorts were shown. It was first aired on September 1, 1983, a few months after Disney Channel was launched. Its timeslot for its early run was at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, making it the third program of the Disney Channel’s 16 hour programming day.
Brief clips and segues featuring Donald Duck typically were placed between each short. The shorts often were edited down, removing the opening and closing credits, and in some cases, edited for length.
The opening of the show featured a cavalcade of scenes from classic Disney shorts, and a theme song. Unlike the opening of Good Morning, Mickey!, which features all of the characters in the theme, the opening of Donald Duck Presents features only Donald.
It was replaced by Donald’s Quack Attack in 1992.

Baby Puss (1943)

Sufferin’ Cats! (1943)
$25.00The cartoon opens with Jerry running with a fishing line tied to his tail, which proceeds to retreat; Jerry is pulled under the radiator and towards Tom, dressed like a fisherman, at the end of the line. When Jerry reaches Tom, the cat makes a face and scares Jerry, causing him to run away again. Tom starts to reel in Jerry again, but the mouse holds onto a bag of jerked beef, forcing Tom to struggle to regain control of the line. As the line returns to Tom, a piece of the bag is on the end, simply stating “JERK”.

The Yankee Doodle Mouse (1943)
$25.00As Tom and Jerry stage their typical fight sequences, the patriotic soldier theme of the title is evidenced by such things as a carton of eggs labeled “Hen Grenades”; Jerry dropping light bulbs from an airplane like bombs; and Jerry sending a telegram with the message “Sighted Cat – Sank Same.” Musical phrasings from various patriotic war songs are heard throughout.

The Lonesome Mouse (1943)
$25.00Jerry crashes a vase onto Tom’s head, which gets Mammy to throw Tom out. Jerry revels in his freedom, among other things turning Tom’s picture into a Hitler caricature then spitting on it. But he soon tires of this, and under a flag of truce, hatches a plan with Tom. The abnormally talkative duo stage a grand chase, but whenever they’re out of sight of Mammy, they fake it, pausing for patty-cake, a turkey leg, and a drum jam session. Eventually, Tom chases Jerry under a rug, then swaps in a tomato, which Mammy crushes. With Jerry apparently vanquished, Tom is rewarded with a pie, but when Jerry tries to claim his share, Tom shuts him out.
