    The series’ first broadcast was on October 27, 2008, on Toon Disney, Disney Channel, and ABC Family.

    The Middleman is an American television series. The series, which was developed for television by Javier Grillo-Marxuach for ABC Family, is based on the Viper Comics series, The Middleman, created by Grillo-Marxuach and Les McClaine. The series ran for one season in 2008.

    Originally confirmed for an initial 13 episodes, the order was reduced to a 12-episode season due to low ratings. In February 2009, a comic book based on the unproduced 13th episode was announced, confirming the series’ cancellation. Billed as a “series finale”, The Middleman – The Doomsday Armageddon Apocalypse was released in July 2009. The complete series DVD set was released by Shout! Factory on July 28, 2009.

    Slacker Cats

    Slacker Cats is an animated ABC Family series that premiered on August 13, 2007. It was created using Adobe Flash.

    The show was initially marketed as a children’s show, but in later advertising and in press kits issued to the media, it was clearly indicated that the show included a more adult tone and themes. The show’s 10PM broadcast time further illustrated that its target was an adult audience. The program was rated TV-14.

    Slacker Cats was animated by Film Roman, the same company that animates The Simpsons and King of the Hill. It features the voice talents of comedians Harland Williams and Sinbad in the lead roles. It was created by Andy Riley and Kevin Cecil, who also served as executive producers along with animation director Seth Kearsley, who designed the characters.

    Slacker Cats was canceled on September 17, 2007 after 6 episodes. A second season premiered on the ABC Family website on January 19, 2009, and, according to its creators, will be released on iTunes and Xbox Live Marketplace. The second season was numbered as a continuation of the first season, episodes 7 through 12.

    All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series is an animated television series which aired from 1996 to 1998 in syndication and on the Fox Family Channel from 1998 to 1999, with 41 half-hour episodes produced in total. It aired on Cartoon Network in 1999 to 2000. It was produced by MGM Animation and was distributed by Claster Television. Don Bluth’s 1989 animated feature All Dogs Go to Heaven featured a roguish German Shepherd named Charlie who died, went to heaven, conned his way back to Earth for vengeance on his killer Carface and then found redemption through a little orphaned girl named Ann-Marie. The film was popular with audiences, spawning a sequel, All Dogs Go to Heaven 2 and this animated series.

    The theme song for the series is “A Little Heaven”, written by Lorraine Feather and Mark Watters. The singers were Gene Miller of Nashville, Clydene Jackson-Edwards and Carmen Twillie. Most of the voice actors from the feature films reprised their roles in the series, including Dom DeLuise, Ernest Borgnine, Charles Nelson Reilly, Bebe Neuwirth, Sheena Easton and Adam Wylie. Steven Weber provided the voice of Charlie B. Barkin, who was voiced in the films by Burt Reynolds and Charlie Sheen.

    This is the first syndicated cartoon show from DIC Entertainment. lt originally ran from 1983 to 1986 and remained in syndication into the late 1990s. It continues to air successfully in reruns around the world.

    The series was produced by companies in France, Canada, the United States, Taiwan, and Japan. It was a co-production between DIC Entertainment in France and Nelvana in Canada; the animation work was outsourced to foreign studios such as Tokyo Movie Shinsha in Japan and Cuckoo’s Nest Studio in Taiwan. It was the first animated television series to be presented in stereo.
