An Unseen Enemy (1912)
PKR 350The physician’s death orphans his two adolescent daughters. Their older brother is able to convert some of the doctor’s small estate to cash. But it is late in the day, and with the banks closed he stores the money in his father’s household safe. The slatternly housekeeper, aware of the money, enlists a criminal acquaintance to crack the safe. She attempts to get into the adjacent room where the sisters tremble in fear, but finds that the door is locked. The drunken housekeeper menaces them by brandishing a gun through a hole in the wall.

The Flying Doctors
PKR 1,000 – PKR 2,600The Flying Doctors is an Australian drama series produced by Crawford Productions that revolved around the everyday lifesaving efforts of the real Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.
It was initially a 1985 mini-series based in the fictional outback town of Cooper’s Crossing starring Andrew McFarlane as the newly arrived Dr. Tom Callaghan. The success of the mini series led to its return the following year as an on-going series with McFarlane being joined by a new doctor, Chris Randall, played by Liz Burch. McFarlane left during the first season and actor Robert Grubb came in as new doctor Geoff Standish.
The series’ episodes were mostly self-contained but also featured ongoing storylines, such as Dr. Standish’s romance with Sister Kate Wellings. Other major characters included pilot Sam Patterson, mechanic Emma Plimpton, local policeman Sgt. Jack Carruthers and Vic and Nancy Buckley, who ran the local pub/hotel, The Majestic. Andrew McFarlane also later returned to the series, resuming his role as Dr. Callaghan. The popular series ran for nine seasons and was successfully screened internationally.

On Ice (1935)

The Lost Valentine (2011)

For sixty years Caroline Thomas keeps her promise by waiting at the train station until her missing in action husband can finally keep his with the “lost valentine.” The message and meaning shows romance and love can be real; worth fighting, and maybe even dying for.

Shiloh (1996)
PKR 350An abused beagle runs away from his owner. On the road, he meets young Marty Preston and follows him home. The boy immediately forms a bond with the dog and names him Shiloh. His stern father won’t let him keep the dog because it belongs to Judd Travers, a local hunter. After Shiloh is mistreated again, he runs away and returns to Marty. Knowing his father will once again make him bring Shiloh back to Judd, he makes a home for the dog in an old shed up the hill from the Prestons’ house and hides him from his family. His secret is soon discovered when a stray attacks the dog one night and he must turn to his father for help.

On Your Mark (1995)
PKR 350This animated short by Miyazaki was created as a music video for the song “On Your Mark” by Japanese duo Chage & Aska. The narrative is non-linear with no dialog and loosely follws the song lyrics and chorus. The video feels like a very compressed version of an epic Miyazaki film. The story follows two police men in a futuristic setting in their repeated attempts at rescuing a mysterious winged girl.

Shanghai Noon
PKR 350Chon Wang, a clumsy imperial guard trails Princess Pei Pei when she is kidnapped from the Forbidden City and transported to America. Wang follows her captors to Nevada, where he teams up with an unlikely partner, outcast outlaw Roy O’Bannon, and tries to spring the princess from her imprisonment.
