The drama tells a story about Ulfat (Shagufta Ejaz) belongs to a middle class family. Fearing her marrying age is slipping by, her parents got her married to Jalees (Shafi Muhammad), a middle age businessman who is a divorcee with three children. Jalees is a kind-hearted and a humble man who re-marries after a bitter divorce. Story revolves around Ulfat and the difficult time she has been given by her step children. She gets around in making every thing work her way by her patience and tolerance.

By exercising her inalienable right Zara invokes two men’s ire; her feudal husband and bureaucrat father. But with honours at stake, for Salman the case is more than just another professional milestone…it’s personal!

Nadan Nadia
Babra Sharif’s brief stint with television doesn’t go unnoticed as Anwar Maqsood assembles a cast of sorts for this extremely funny play. Supported by some familiar faces (Talat Hussain, Latif Kapadia & Durdana Butt) and some not so familiar ones, Barbara Sharif’s character as Nadan Nadia stands out.

Mein Abdul Qadir Hoon is a unique story of a boy named Abdul Qadir (Fahad Mustafa). He has a heart of gold whose life goes through many twists and turns because of people around him trying to influence him. He is an obedient son but his parents are too busy with their own lives. He befriends a girl in his neighborhood by the name of Zareen (Alishba Yousuf) who is a spoilt and fast girl. She gradually influences him towards drinking alcohol and smoking. When he proposes to her she rejects him and a heart-broken Abdul Qadir is sent to England by his mother Meera (Saba Hameed).
