Me and the Chimp
Me and the Chimp is an American television situation comedy which aired for one season during 1972 on CBS. The series was created by Garry Marshall and Thomas L. Miller and was produced by Alan Rafkin for Paramount Television. The series is considered by many to be one of the worst shows in the history of American television.

The Lotus Eaters
They say that once you have eaten from the lotus plant – you will never want to return home. To outward appearances Erik and Ann Sheppard (Ian Hendry and Wanda Ventham) are typical English ex-pats running a bar on a far-flung Greek island. But appearances can be deceptive – this is an arranged marriage of a different sort – with roots in international espionage. Stefan Gryff gives a great performance as the omniscient local police captain.

Rentadick (1972)
Armitage runs a chemical company that is on the verge of producing a gas that causes temporary disability. Clearly the military want it but it is also sought by a group of Japanese. Both Armitage and Madam Greenfly hire different people in the same detective agency to guard the gas and steal it respectively… confusion, double crosses and hilarity ensue…

The Thunderbolt Fist (1972)
A small village is taken over by the “nasty” Japanese, who kill the town’s top kung fu fighter in order to scare the populace into submission. Escaping the wrath of the Japanese, the son of the master (Chuen Yuen) flees into the hills, where he trains with a group of rebels led by Gam Kei-Chu. Fast-forward ten years, and Chuen returns to the village armed with his father’s secret technique of the “Thunderbolt Fist” with the hopes of killing the leader of the Japanese (James Nam Gung-Fan).

When Tora-san returns to visit his family, he is surprised to find an arrogant professor occupying his room. The professor and Tora-san become rivals for the affection of Chiyo.

The Pied Piper (1972)
Greed, corruption, ignorance, and disease. Midsummer, 1349: the Black Death reaches northern Germany. Minstrels go to Hamelin for the Mayor’s daughter’s wedding to the Baron’s son. He wants her dowry to pay his army while his father taxes the people to build a cathedral he thinks will save his soul. A local apothecary who’s a Jew seeks a treatment for the plague; the priests charge him with witchcraft. One of the minstrels, who has soothed the Mayor’s daughter with his music, promises to rid the town of rats for the fee. The Mayor agrees, then renigs. In the morning, the plague, the Jew’s trial, and the Piper’s revenge come at once.

A Warning to the Curious (1972)
The tale tells the story of Paxton, an amateur archeologist who travels to “Seaburgh” (a disguised version of Aldeburgh, Suffolk) and inadvertently stumbles across one of the lost crowns of Anglia, which legendarily protect the county from invasion. On digging the crown up, Paxton is stalked by its supernatural guardian.
