    Who’s the Boss?

    Who’s the Boss? is an American sitcom created by Martin Cohan and Blake Hunter, which aired on ABC from September 20, 1984 to April 25, 1992. Produced by Embassy Television, in association with Hunter-Cohan Productions, and Columbia Pictures Television, the series starred Tony Danza as a retired major league baseball player who relocates to Fairfield, Connecticut to work as a live-in housekeeper for a divorced advertising executive, played by Judith Light. Also featured were Alyssa Milano, Danny Pintauro, and Katherine Helmond.

    The show received positive reviews throughout most of its run, becoming one of the most popular sitcoms of the mid-to-late-1980s. The series was nominated for more than forty awards, including ten Primetime Emmy Award and five Golden Globe Award nominations, winning each one. Also very successful in the ratings, Who’s the Boss? consistently ranked in the top ten in the final primetime ratings between the years of 1985 and 1989, and has since continued in syndication worldwide.

    The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is an American sitcom created by Danny Kallis and Jim Geoghan. The series was first broadcast on Disney Channel on March 18, 2005, with 4 million viewers, making it the most successful premiere for Disney Channel in 2005. It was one of their first five shows available on the iTunes Store. The series was nominated for an Emmy Award three times and was nominated for a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award three times. The show was also a long-standing staple of the now defunct ABC Kids Saturday morning block on ABC.

    The series is set in the Tipton Hotel in Boston and centers on Zack and Cody Martin, troublesome twins who live at the Tipton Hotel. The series’ other main characters include Tipton hotel’s ditzy heiress London Tipton, the hotel’s candy counter girl Maddie Fitzpatrick, the hotel’s manager, Mr. Moseby, and the boys’ single mother and one of the hotel’s nightclub performers, Carey. The series is the third Disney Channel Original to have more than 65 episodes, after That’s So Raven and Kim Possible. Reruns air on Disney XD.

    The Suite Life spawned a spinoff series, also starring the Sprouse twins, called The Suite Life on Deck, which aired on the Disney Channel from 2008 to 2011. A TV movie based on both series, The Suite Life Movie, aired on Disney in 2011.

    The Sausage Factory, also known in the United States as MTV’s Now What?, was a Canadian/American television situation comedy that followed the lives of four friends in their junior year at West Boulder High School.

    The four friends were Zack, trying to win over his unrequited crush Lisa. Ted, the stereotypical rich kid who tries to consummate with his girlfriend, Nancy. J.C., who finds himself constantly approached by middle-aged women, and Gilby, the class clown, who regularly creates trouble.

    Produced in 2000 and 2001, it ran for one season. The single-camera series was shot without an audience and included no laugh track.

    Originally aired in Canada on The Comedy Network, reruns were later screened on CTV and YTV. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, it airs on Trouble. Sky One previously aired it.

    The series won a 2002 Leo Award for Best Director of a music, comedy or variety program or series and a nomination for Best Production Design.
